Leo Dack started out in 2010, aged 22, as a one-man band in a small Lincoln unit with a simple idea: dealer-quality work shouldn't come with dealer-sized invoices. Sixteen years later, Dack Motor Group is a 70-strong team on Lincoln Fields Business Park, with a 15-ramp workshop, its own MOT bays, bodyshop and alignment centre — and it's still family-run.
BMW has been at the heart of the workshop for years. Dack BMW brings that experience under one roof: technicians with BMW backgrounds, dealer-level diagnostic platforms, and access to BMW's own digital service records — everything your BMW would get at a main dealer, minus the main dealer bill.

Fifteen ramps, one standard
Every ramp runs the same way: genuine or OE parts, BMW-approved oils, manufacturer schedules, and a technician who photographs and films what they find. It's a big workshop with a small-garage attitude — you deal with people who know your car and remember your name.
